Comfozone, Inc. has successfully developed the open air noise cancellation system aimed for reducing environmental noise due to freeways, airports, and industrial sectors. Comfozone has named this technology E-ANC for Embedded Active Noise Cancellation.

Unlike typical noise reducing methods such as double paned windows, sound walls, or headsets, Comfozone's E-ANC technology reduces outdoor noise levels by 50% or more without blocking the property's view, light, or flow of fresh air. E-ANC can be applied to Patio Covers, Wall Caps, and Sound Shutters, allowing noise reduction virtually anywhere from outdoor patios, restaurants, balconies, malls, pools, backyards, and even indoor areas.

The E-ANC technology utilizes noise canceling technology and applies it to the outdoor environment, a truly unique and difficult accomplishment. Active noise cancellation involves taking an incoming noise wave through a microphone and emitting an opposite phase canceling wave through a speaker to reduce noise. Although this has been applied to headphones and other closed and semi-closed environments, it has never been attempted on open air surroundings due to its difficulty. Comfozone has successfully accomplished this seemingly impossible task and can now offer a quiet, peaceful outdoor environment to any property. For demonstrations by appointment, please contact at info@comfozone.com.

Comfozone has successfully demonstrated the open-air noise reduction system for the first time in the US. Unlike double pane windows or noise barrier walls, Comfozone's system reduces noise by 50% or more while the windows and doors are open, keeping flow of fresh air and light. The demonstration is now open to strategic partners and customers.ĘPlease contact us at info@comfozone.com for further information.
